Yorkshire Post ran our Press release today (24th June 2010, also on their website ) they have also contacted the Council for a response.

In response to our press release to  the Yorkshire Post today 24.06.10.
A Scarborough Council spokesman told the paper: "The planning authority will take the application back to planning committee at a date to be arranged and all those who made representations will be informed. We have been informed that further guidance from the Government on the issue of regional spatial strategies is imminent and this will be taken into account in any report made to the planning committee".

The council wants residents views and opions, please give them your feedback!
